Greenworld Natural is an independent distributor of Green World herbal and wellness products, operating in South Africa. Use of this website is subject to these terms, which may be updated from time to time.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Orders already placed and confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed once payment has been received or verified.
• We accept EFT, card payments via Paystack, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
• If payment cannot be verified, your order may be cancelled and you will be notified.

4. Delivery

• We deliver across South Africa. Delivery times and fees vary by location.
• Once an order is dispatched, a tracking reference will be shared where available.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt for products that are unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at info@greenworldnatural.co.za.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product.
• We do not accept returns on opened consumable products unless they are defective.

6. Membership & Consultants

• Membership registration is subject to Green World's official policies and regulations.
• Commission structures and incentives are governed by Green World's compensation plan and may change.
• We do not guarantee specific earnings or outcomes from joining as a consultant.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Greenworld Natural or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenworld Natural shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
